Job Description
PURPOSE
To provide the highest level of Administrative and Operational support to the England Disability Performance Programme. To support the England Disability Science and Medicine Lead and their team with a confidential Medical Record keeping process using existing databases and to also assume the role of Team Manager during tournaments involving the England Blind and Mixed Disabilities Team

Medical and other record keeping, processing expense claims, liaising with players and coaches
Managing kit orders and distribution
Arranging training facilities and camps
Undertaking the role of Team Manager at tournaments both in the UK and Abroad
YOU’LL HAVE
A flexible approach to work and the ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends when required
A “a can do” approach and the ability to identify potential problems and solve them
The ability to work in the background to build and maintain relationships that facilitate the smooth functioning of international sports teams
