Job Description
PURPOSE
To partner with the business to ensure smooth, fair and consistent running of people processes and practices, particularly in relation to EDI that align with our people an Inspiring Generations strategy.
Coach, mentor, upskill and support leaders on best practice approaches to leadership, people management, development and coaching.

YOU’LL BE DOING
Providing a professional, approachable HR business partnering service to all areas of the ECB and network across a number of different locations
Leading on all Employee Relations employment cases across ECB / Network
Coaching and mentoring to ensure inclusive people policies, processes and practices are established, aligned with EDI Action Plan and sustainable
Advising managers and senior team on process, paperwork, letters and script drafting
Reviewing of D&G policies and process mapping (including communications, timelines, suspension and principles etc)
Reviewing tools, policy, processes and documents used across the ECB and cricket network
Development of tracking system
Developing and training a panel of investigators at ECB and cricket network
Reviewing and recommending improvements for support available to those in processes
Supporting and guiding other PBPs in other ER case management (capability, maternity etc)
Supporting senior People Team as required in change management and consultations as required
YOU’LL HAVE
A CIPD qualification and extensive HR experience gained in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
Experience of working in an ER specialist role
Proven experience of delivering strategic priorities within defined timelines.
The ability to challenge and influence others, including more senior colleagues and stakeholders, to ensure organisational priorities are achieved.
The ability to apply judgement, creativity, and flexibility to generate new and innovative ideas.
Expert knowledge of current trends in HR, and evidence of continuing professional development.
Experience of managing end to end operational case load
Ability to build credible, effective working relationships across all levels
Strong planning and project management skills
