Job Description
PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to support and encourage the delivery of key strategic activity across Recreational Cricket Boards, as part of our collective aim to set the game up for future success.This role will contribute to developing policies, initiatives and systems to support the recreational network, assist with the measuring of the recreational game’s social and wider impact, and will also support and influence decision-making within the department, particularly in relation to the Game Changer Fund.

YOU’LL BE DOING
You will act as the Recreational Game’s subject matter advisor and expert, building confidence and capability in network partner RCBs around revenue diversification, partner development and prospecting, social impact and SROI;
Developing training and support for the network to meet our collective aims in this space.
Lead executive for the Game Changer Fund, charged with increasing the number of high-quality bids and diversifying the range of projects. Also evolving and developing the principles and guidance notes to RCBs to ensure robust decision making and maintaining trust and transparency in the fund and its workings.
Taking accountability for revenue diversification targets across the RCB network and adoption and maximisation of the leads and ‘sales’ pipeline tool to increase overall number of bids and % of successful bids into Trusts, Foundations and other Funds.
Ensuring the development and sharing of social impact and revenue diversification case studies to build network visibility and confidence.
Considering central, national revenue diversification tactics and options, eg through the England & Wales Cricket Trust vehicle (working with ECB Finance and Legal as appropriate).
Please note that this role is office based and requires you to be in the office a minimum of three days per week.
