Recommending and developing communications campaigns for diverse topics and programs using creative techniques; function as the conductor of the orchestra, working closely with the Business Change Team, Marketing, HR and the Executive Management Team.
Independently identifying issues and opportunities for improvement and innovation and provide compelling and well thought out solutions to problems of high complexity.
Overseeing measurement / reporting on campaigns, budgetary spend and measure and analyze the success of communications activities.
Undertaking campaigns, program reviews, and take learning into future campaigns and programs.
Content Development / Writing and Editing
Ghost writing for senior leaders in various parts of the business as needed.
Using digital storytelling and other creative techniques to bring our people and culture to life.
Qualifications and Skills required for the role:
Extensive experience within internal communications - strong writing and editing abilities are essential.
You’ll have strong leadership skills and have the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
Experience of change management and large-business change programmes is essential.
You’ll demonstrate and can bring interesting content alive in innovative and newsworthy ways.
Strong technology knowledge especially related to communication tools and multi-media channels including such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Strong analytical and planning skills to assess campaign performance are essential.
A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, communications, marketing, digital marketing, journalism, or creative writing / literature preferred
