Job Description
Job title: Summer intern - policy
Location: Westminster, London
Hours: 35 hours a week
Contract type: Temporary – six weeks in July and August (22 July to 30 August)
Pay: £600 a week
Reports to: Director of Lund Trust
We are looking for a summer intern to research where EU and UK environmental policies have diverged and the implications for nature in the UK. The intern will produce a written report and give a presentation based on their research.
Lund Trust is a grant-making fund. We fund work in the UK that greens people's lives. You can find out more about our work on our website (www.lundtrust.org.uk).
We are looking for a summer intern with:
Excellent research, writing and presentation skills.
The ability to understand and interpret complex data.
The ability to take direction, but also to work independently, and
A demonstrable interest in politics and policy/conservation and nature/ philanthropy.
The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 29 March. Interviews will take place in the week commencing 8 April.
