Job Description


The Hundred is a sporting event like no other. World class entertainment, the world’s best players and the women’s and men’s games on equal footing. It is the highest profile new sports event to launch in the UK for many years and received extensive media coverage, broadcast across Sky Sports and BBC Sport.  The Hundred boasts partners who share our passion and energy for high-class sport and entertainment. The department is fun, energetic and lively with a “start-up” mentality. 

As Brand Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the development of The Hundred central brand and the 8 team brands based across the 7 cities. This position will play a key supporting role with the Brand Manager, as well as other key members of the wider team, to ensure aligned delivery of the brand(s) across every touchpoint of the competition. This includes the build and delivery of all paid advertising assets – working closely with our designer, creative agency and media agency, as well as supporting all output of the brand(s) across digital, event presentation, PR and commercial partner activity.


The England and Wales Cricket Board represents all cricket in England and Wales, supporting the game at every level – from grassroots to professional.

  • Supporting the development and delivery of The Hundred brand and 8 team brands across all touchpoints

  • Supporting the delivery of The Hundred marketing campaign, in line with the wider audience strategy, to build brand awareness and drive attendances at men’s and women’s competition in line with KPIs

  • Liaising with our creative and media agencies in creative development and execution of brand assets.

  • Supporting all briefing and production for The Hundred marketing campaign and The Hundred and Team brand assets, including photography and film shoots and content capture days

  • Supporting Brand Manager to identify ways to align and integrate The Hundred brand, team brands and campaign across paid, owned and earned media.

  • Brief and liaise with our Graphic Design resource to support production of The Hundred and team brand asset requirements

  • Supporting Brand Manager in ensuring all production and media activity is within budget.

  • Acting as brand guardian across all touchpoints for The Hundred and team brands.

  • Working with internal stakeholders from various areas, including Events, Commercial Partners, Digital, Communications and Fan Engagement to help with brand delivery.


  • An understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Good collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Experience of working with agencies or third-party suppliers to deliver campaigns

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence

  • Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

  • An understanding of brand development

  • Confidence in being a brand guardian
