Job Description

Job Purpose

 

To proactively support the contact managers in all aspects of Third-party Client’s accounts and provide assistance to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled by both parties.  Build excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Understand all contract terms and commitments for allocated clients.

  • Support and attend, where required, Service Review Meetings with Clients, produce minutes/action points as a result of these meetings.  Ensure all actions are achieved within the committed time period.

  • Identify and timeously resolve or report any relationship, service exceptions or breaches, escalating to contract managers as appropriate

  • Create and maintain a Procedure Manual for Clients (to ensure in your absence all aspects of services provided are processed mapped)

  • Log all additional charges on a Monthly basis for presentation to finance to the agreed timetable, ensure all service charges are captured.

  • Check Monthly invoice to ensure accuracy, and confirm that all services provided have been collated and charged (again to the agreed timetable)

  • As directed by contract managers, monitor client performance against budget and contractual commitments to ensure revenue streams and other client obligations are fulfilled.

  • Working with clients, understand and influence business decisions to ensure that the right commercial decision for both parties is reached.

  • Support the contract managers and participate in planning and pre-planning of campaigns and events with Clients to ensure that any impact for volume of financial forecasts is understood by all parties

  • Project Manage specific allocated tasks in relation to Client Services Team
