Job Description

We are looking for expressions of interest for the role of Assistant Coach (Fast Bowling) working with the England Women’s ‘A’ squad on their tour to Australia.

The England Women's 'A' Squad is touring Australia for the first time in January 2022, and we are looking for a candidate that has experience working within the Women’s Elite Domestic Structure and/or International Women’s Cricket. The successful candidate will have the ability to forge effective working relationships with staff and players alike and have an in-depth knowledge of the tactical requirements of international women’s cricket.

The squad will depart to Australia on or around the 8th January 2021 and play a multi-day warm up fixture against the senior England Women’s team along with 6 white ball matches against Australia A. The squad will return to the UK on 10th February.

Inspiring through Elite Teams is a key strategic focus, and the EW 'A' series is an important factor in preparing and developing players to play for England Women.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a period of safe living leading up to departure (up to 7 days)

Closing date for expressions of interest: 19th December 2021 6pm
