Job Description
The brief is simple. Get involved, be proactive, have a can-do attitude and love being part of a brilliant team working on one of the most innovative projects in sport today.
We are introducing this exciting, fixed term role to support our Commercial Partnership Team in the delivery of our partners rights across The Hundred.
The Hundred is a sporting event like no other. World class entertainment, the world’s best players and the women’s and men’s games on equal footing. It is the highest profile new sports event to launch in the UK for many years and received extensive media coverage, broadcast across Sky Sports and BBC Sport. The Hundred boasts partners who share our passion and energy for high-class sport and entertainment. The department is fun, energetic and lively with a “start-up” mentality.

YOU’LL BE DOING
Supporting the Commercial Partnerships Managers and Senior Commercial Manager in managing a portfolio of partners, ensuring the relationships are managed efficiently and contractual rights are delivered effectively
Delivering partner commercial rights including branding, experiential activation, tickets and hospitality
Assisting with the management of the player appearance calendar and attending appearances
Developing strong relationships with partners and their agencies, venues, suppliers and colleagues
Travelling to major cricket grounds in the lead up to match days and being a key point of contact during events to ensure contractual rights are delivered during the cricket season (includes working at weekends), liaising with venues and members of the event delivery team
Managing commercial partner ticket and hospitality requirements. Liaising with venues and internal teams to ensure these rights are delivered to required standards
Ensuring supplier contracts are delivered, ensuring appropriate standards of service
Lead event-based projects such as accreditation requirements and creating commercial match reports
Creation and maintenance of an image bank, selecting appropriate images for partner use
Assist with administrative support for the Commercial Partnerships Team, including finance and research
YOU’LL HAVE
A proven ability to use your own initiative and to work efficiently, with excellent attention to detail and good humour in an ever-changing environment
Office based experience, within sponsorship, events and marketing communications industries is an advantage
The confidence and ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders with a solid understanding of how to establish, maintain, and positively leverage these relationships effectively
Experience of managing projects, delivering on commitments and working collaboratively and effectively in a team utilising strong problem-solving skills
