Job Description
Purpose of job:
The Individual Giving & Growth Manager will be accountable for the delivery of campaigns that generate Individual Giving income across our channels year-round. Digital fundraising, paid media management, and data-driven testing will be a primary focus of this role.
Key responsibilities:
Planning & Delivery
Plan Individual Giving campaigns and testing roadmaps across channels, with a strong focus on acquiring donors through paid media, owned channels and talent partnerships
Shape and help oversee Individual Giving activity managed by third parties (eg. agencies), in partnership with other Comic Relief stakeholders, around peak moments (eg. Red Nose Day)
Provide ad-hoc support to teams across the organisation and help shape wider projects, such as our Audience Strategy or overarching Individual Giving Strategy
Campaign Delivery
Set up, manage and report on year-round paid media tests outside Red Nose Day, to help us diversify revenue, optimise journeys, and better understand audience behaviours
Brief content and creative requirements into our Creative team, liaising directly where needed to oversee the creation process and secure end-to-end sign-off
Work closely with the Email Marketing Executive to ensure Individual Giving asks are effective and dovetail seamlessly into our wider stewardship journeys
Provide when needed updates on performance against KPIs
Project Management
Maintain project plans and track budget spend
Collaborate with stakeholders

Essential criteria
A data-driven mindset
Experience delivering digital campaigns or projects for a high-profile brand
Solid fundraising experience
Proven experience setting up effective paid media conversion campaigns on Facebook
Proven experience testing, learning and evolving based on results
Comfortable sorting effectively with creative studios and media agencies
Project and time management
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Microsoft Office including Excel or Google Sheets
Desirable criteria
AdWords, display and/or programmatic experience
Technical custom event creation
Quality Assurance mindset
