where do we start?

Well, we’ve been on one heck of a journey. From our early days with just one glorious mattress-in-a-box to our name to now offering six sublimely comfy (and, ahem, award-winning) mattresses and a whole host of top-notch sleep goodies, we’ve come a long way since 2015. And we couldn’t do it without our team of cracking individuals who make the magic happen every single day.

the opportunity

This is a super exciting time here at Eve Sleep towers. We have been on a mission to give everybody the sleep they need to rise and shine. Making better sleep, and better mornings an achievable ambition. We’ve launched our new content platform - The Well Slept Club -, we have 4 mattresses topping the Which? best by charts, and we have on-boarded more sleep wellness products to help our business become a destination for Sleep support.  

As a CRM Manager, you lead the development of sophisticated audience programmes and journeys. You will use data and insight to influence critical customer retention and new customer development deliverables and ensure every customer communication touchpoint, whether promotional, automated or transaction, is considered.

the day to day

  • Oversee the CRM and Email Marketing execution; define objectives; guide the programs to align their efforts to business objectives.

  • Manage, develop, coach a CRM Executive ensuring they bring their best selves to work

  • Ensure all communication via Email aligns and meets the overarching brand strategy, tone of voice and style guidelines. 

  • Devise and implement targeted, timely customer retention programs that will increase retention and encourage segment migration. 

  • Review & improve customer segmentation framework

  • Work with product, logistics and customer service to maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with our customer data.

  • Create, compile and design triggered Email flows based on several attributes

  • Define KPIs  to identify profitable segments and measure segments migration, customer retention and impact on revenue.

  • Provide the business with customer retention and customer insight reports & analysis

  • Champion test and learn, ensuring testing, data, and research is at the heart of all decision making

  • Explore new opportunities to efficiently and effectively scale our acquisition and retention programs through additional CRM channels
