Job Description

The role: Business Development Lead

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 dependent on experience.

Location: Based in London but hybrid with some home working.

Scope: Permanent, full time role.

We are Public Digital, a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy and we help global institutions that matter thrive in the internet era. Founded by the team who created the Government Digital Service, we apply the culture, processes, business models and technologies to transform organisations in the public and private sector. Our roll-call of global clients include national governments, health providers, major sporting institutions, global banks and pharmaceutical companies.

We help organisations change the way they work, and help digital teams build and run excellent services. Working with the leaders doing strategy, and the teams doing delivery, we operate globally, advising large organisations and governments on six continents.

We’re values-driven and we articulated them in our ‘positions’ on the Public Digital website. The most important of these is: “public purpose defines us and our work.” We only do work that benefits the world and improves lives.

Our current work includes using digital ways of working to change how policy is made in major Government Departments, coaching Boards across the NHS, finding digital interventions to support people with sickle cell, building new digital public services in Canada, and helping multinational businesses change their operating models.

Attitude as much as skill, is critically important to us as a team and we look for entrepreneurialism, initiative, kindness, and a willingness to pitch in.
