Job Description
We are growing our team and are looking for a new colleague to support our senior team and Board with meetings, events, travel and administration. You will also have the opportunity to lead on all-team events such as our termly all-staff events and contribute to the effective running of the organisation.

Responsibilities
Lead the continuous improvement of all processes to support the CEO and senior team with travel, appointments, meetings and other administration.
Manage Oak’s offsite 5-figure budget.
Coordinate and ensure the organisation’s meetings, shared internal communications and offsites all provide the right information at the right time.
Manage the organisation of Oak’s external governance including assisting with documentation, board papers and meeting organisation.
Prioritisation of incoming requests to the CEO and their senior team.
As a member of the Oak Team, contribute to the planning and culture of the organisation.
Deputise for Head of Planning and take on other general responsibilities as required.
Work in cross-functional and product oriented squads with colleagues from across the organisation, as required.
Knowledge, skills and experience
3+ years experience in an Executive Assistant role.
Experience of managing a 5-figure budget.
Excellent communicator working with tact and diplomacy who is comfortable across a range of media (online/zoom, telephone, email, letter, face to face).
Exceptional organisation and planning skills with proven ability to prioritise and work under your own initiative.
Demonstrable prioritisation and time management skills operating with attention to detail and ensuring all tasks are completed.
