Job Description

We are looking for someone with ICT Manager / lead experience with a keen interest in cyber security. We are building out a new team so although there's some existing processes and systems, this is an opportunity to build your own strategy.

The role will have the opportunity to coach and mentor a couple of part-time computer science graduates providing IT support. They are eager, smart and great with people. Besides end-user support for about 60ppl and internal network / infrastructure, the role will also be responsible for our cyber security standards including ISO 27001.

Not a guru in cyber / ISO? Not a problem. We have an experienced cyber consultant who is helping us build out our strategy, and our standards are already REALLY good. So, it's a great opportunity to learn if this is a space you want to grow.

Lastly the role will also own business systems and help bring some structure to how these are onboarded and managed.

Did someone say flexibility? 📆 Hours: 3 - 5 days a week, happy to be flexible around hours to accommodate your life.

😁Experience: Are you a lead and want to move into a manager role? Are you an IT manager but not much experience with cyber? We have no set requirement for years of experience in this space. Are you quite experienced but want to find more balance? The flexibility of this role might be just what you're looking for!

Despite being flexible we do have a few non-negotiables. You will need to be based in Sydney and be prepared to work from the Surry Hills Office at least 2 days a week. One of those days should be Thursday and you'll get a free lunch 🥞🌮🥗🍗

We looking for someone with a positive attitude, passionate about mentoring, and who wants to build an amazing experience for our customers, our colleagues.
