The Farshore Division Values

Colourful – We believe in the power of reading – the ability to make the fantastical real, and the real, really fascinating. With creative flair, we bring together the hottest authors and biggest brands to create a never-ending catalogue of incredible characters and exciting stories – to inspire young minds and spark a lifelong love of reading.

Open – We are dedicated to publishing books which celebrate the diverse lives found in classrooms and communities across the UK. We engage directly with our consumers to discover their wants and needs, and invite opinion – so that we can support parents, carers, educators and gift-givers in choosing the right books for children.

Dynamic – We pride ourselves in leading the way forward in children’s publishing. Drawing on long held knowledge and expertise, we operate with passion and optimism. We are energetic. We never stand still. We are committed to spotting the latest trends and embracing innovation, in order to grow reading and secure the future of our industry.

Empowering – We understand how reading can have a positive impact on every area of a child’s life – improving wellbeing, building communities and enriching lives far beyond the pages of our books.
