Job Description

The Sales Development team build incremental revenue by selling into non traditional retail and wholesale customers, seeking out new revenue streams and pursuing bulk sale opportunities.

This integral role will provide higher level admin support to the Non Traditional sales team and act as a point of contact for our customers.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Non Trade sector of the Sales Development team which includes but is not limited to:

  • Management of deal trackers

  • Raising costings for specialist printings

  • Processing customer orders and invoicing direct deliveries

  • Put together customer presentations

  • Communicate clearly with sales, publishing, distribution and marketing colleagues to obtain all the information required to service and sell to our customers effectively

  • Answer customer queries quickly and effectively

  • Overseeing all reserves, stock management and liaising with the ops team

  • Manage and develop own accounts

  • Provide support on non trade key accounts and liaise directly with customers
