Job Description

The Participation and Growth Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring the team collaborates and coordinates with key internal and external stakeholders in a more impactful way. From charity partners to board members, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive to manage meetings, coordinate events and work with the management team to deliver the recreational cricket activities within our new strategy – Inspiring Generations.

YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Coordinating key recreational cricket meetings such as: Recreational Assemblies, partner review meetings, P&G Committee meetings, and County Board reviews. This will include meeting management, minute taking, as well as distribution and tracking of actions.  

  • Providing administrative support to the Director Participation & Growth, including building PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets etc.   

  • Working with the Participation & Growth Management Team to coordinate the distribution of information across the wider cricket network. This includes fortnightly recreational cricket meetings, Premier League Chair meetings, club and league roadshows, weekly department calls and team planning sessions.

 YOU’LL HAVE

  • Outstanding organisation skills and experience in the use Microsoft tools – particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams

  • Strong writing skills

  • Event management

  • Stakeholder management  

  • A contagious passion for cricket or recreational sport  

  • A “can do” attitude and a strong team player.

  • A proven track record in event management

  • Managing and coordinating meetings for senior executives and partners – including developing written reports

  • A valid DBS check
