Where do we start? Well, we’ve been on one heck of a journey. From our early days with just 1 glorious mattress-in-a-box to our name to now offering 6 sublimely comfy (and, ahem, award-winning) mattresses and a whole host of top-notch sleep goodies, we’ve come a long way since 2015. And we couldn’t do it without our team of cracking individuals who make the magic happen every single day.

Not only that, but they’re the driving force behind our mission to champion sleep wellness. ‘What’s that?’ we hear you cry. Well, we think everyone deserves to feel outrageously well slept. So much so that they wake up dancing every single day. And we want to help them get there.

the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Boomi Integration engineer to join our Digital Product and Tech team in a permanent position. 

As a Boomi Integration Engineer, you will report to the Head of Tech and be part of a wider team. You will play a crucial role in the roll-out of strategic core platform initiatives in our 2021 roadmap and build strong relationships between our core systems and suppliers. 

Boomi is one of our core business systems and acts as an integration layer for everything that we do involves NetSuite. Boomi is used to automate a number of our key business processes such as:

• NetSuite to Shopify integration; Sales orders, fulfillments, stock updates, product creation.

• NetSuite to Warehouse Management Systems; Sales orders, item fulfillments, stock updates, purchase orders, item receipts, product databases.

• NetSuite to Demand Planning solution; sales data, items, purchase orders.

• NetSuite to ShipUp Customer Communication; item fulfilment, order tracking, returns tracking.

 day to day you will:-

• Support existing Boomi integrations between our core systems such as Netsuite and Shopify.

• Work with business users to investigate and resolve issues.

• Be the primary point of contact to Boomi support and 3rd party solutions. 

• Monitor system performance, taking corrective actions and highlighting to key-users where end-user interaction with the system does not conform with process guidelines.

• Contribute to the development of operational services catalogue, processes flows and technical documentations

We always have a healthy number of projects on the go and are committed to making continual improvements throughout the business. Examples of these are:

• Delivery of system enhancements, efficiencies and upgrades

• Working with the Operations and Logistics teams to integrate new carriers and warehouses

• Develop integrations with 3rd party retail partners to capture sales order information

• A background and strong understanding of working with Dell Boomi.

• Experience and knowledge of SOAP, Rest API, web services, Javascript, XML, JSON and CSV.

• Previous experience working within an eCommerce business.

• A strong background in building integrations with Shopify, Netsuite and Warehouse Management Systems.

• Worked closely with business users including Operations and Finance

• You’re finding the one who loves finding the problem and solving it. For any problem, you always have a few potential options to tackle it.

• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical folks.

• Experience in owning projects with an ability to deliver them on time and to budget.

• A strong communicator. You can talk your way through different ways of building new features with end-users.

• As a self-starter, you have a contagious spirit to help us build the best brand we can. You’ll also be highly collaborative and welcome working closely with the rest of the business
