Job Description
PURPOSE
This position will play a key role in supporting the vision of “exceptional coaching, inspired players and creating a legacy for the game". The role will have a specific focus on modernising the Coach Education offer and implementing initiatives that transform the way learning can be accessed and embedded.
This role will create a flexible and blended approach to the core ECB offer (with a variety of ‘time and place opportunities’) which allow coaches to learn and develop in a way that suits them.
