Job Description

PURPOSE

Assist the Head Coach and England Disability Cricket Operations Manager with logistics and communication involving the England Learning Disability Cricket Squad.

To work in the multi Disciplinary team to assist the players to perform successfully

The successful candidate will be required to be available for approximately 25-35 days per annum.

Closing date for expressions of interest: 16th February 2023. Virtual Interviews will be held shortly after with a view for the role to commence on or around 1st March 2023.

YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assist the Head Coach and England Disability Cricket Operations Manager with logistics and communication involving the England Learning Disability Cricket Squad.  

  • Be responsible for general squad communication, collation of personal details in line with current GDPR legislation

  • Assisting with any pastoral, safeguarding and welfare issues and the general administration of the squad.

  • Enabling the players to operate in a performance environment where they feel supported and have the appropriate level of information to perform.

  • You will be required to work with the Performance Manager to develop the squad and give and support key ECB messaging.
