Job Description
HarperCollins is looking for a new Audio Admin Assistant to support our best-in-class audiobook publishing programme, which covers everything from gripping thrillers to inspiring personal development, epic fantasy to celebrity memoirs.
This role is crucial in ensuring our audiobooks are on sale when they’re supposed to be, and to the high quality our listeners expect. In addition, the Assistant will manage the drafting and signature of our contracts with narrators, and they will organise prompt payments. We are looking for someone with outstanding attention to detail, first-rate administrative and organisational skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to work.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised self-starter and keen listener of spoken word content to work with a friendly and high-achieving team in the fastest-growing area of the publishing industry.
Please note that this is not a studio production role.
