We are seeking two talented Product Designers to lead the strategic direction and execution of user experience (UX) and visual design initiatives for the Flexischools platform. In this role, you will create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric designs that enhance the overall usability, functionality, and appeal of the platform for all users, including parents and suppliers.

You will contribute to the Flexischools design vision by ensuring consistency across features, promoting accessibility standards, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product and design team.

  ✍️Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and lead the design team in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces, experiences, and visual designs for our platform.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, user flows, and design specifications.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product designs effectively.

  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all product features.

  • Champion user-centric design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices within the organisation.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative design culture within the team.

🧐Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a designer in a product-focused environment, preferably within the SaaS or two-sided marketplace industry.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including user interfaces, user experiences, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design systems.

  • Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design approaches.

  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
