Job Description

PURPOSE 

The ECB are recruiting for a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant & Accommodation Executive. You will be supporting the Managing Director of Competitions & Major Events logistics. This role is important for the smooth running of the ECB, and will be at the heart of English cricket operations.

YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Managing the diary and corporate activities for the Managing Director – Competitions & Major Events.  

  • Responsible for coordinating key meetings, organising domestic and overseas travel and other logistics, managing finance queries (expenses, POs, invoices and subscriptions).  

  • Supporting the Events Dept. in managing all match day accommodation throughout 2025/2026. 

  • Supporting at various meetings, including taking minutes, organising travel and accommodation and other essential arrangements. Providing assistance at events and conferences.  

  • Assisting the Managing Director – Competitions & Major Events in preparations for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026.  

 

YOU’LL HAVE 

  • Experience as a personal / executive assistant.  

  • A track record of being highly organised, hitting tight deadlines and managing stressful situations.  

  • Excellent attention to detail.  

  • Good project management and planning skills.   

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
