Job Description

PURPOSE

We have a hugely exciting opportunity for an Accreditation Executive to join The Events team. The Accreditation Executive will be one of two supporting the accreditation manager to deliver the accreditation for men’s and women’s international cricket, The Hundred and domestic cricket across England and Wales. The Executive will support the planning process and attend matches across the country to deliver their role onsite. The key aim being delivering world class cricket for both the men’s and women’s game.  The ECB is a fun and energising place to work and The Events department is lively and full of talent.

YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF:

YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Assisting the Accreditation Manager with managing accreditation applications, production/distribution of passes, and facilitating access for ECB accredited persons into multiple venues across England & Wales

  • Multi-tasking to ensure accreditation across all ECB domestic and international cricket runs smoothly

  • Travelling to a wide range of venues and matches to provide onsite accreditation support, as well as assist the wider events team with match day setup and other responsibilities where required

  • Utilising the accreditation system to efficiently process requests and support the Accreditation Manager in delivering 2021 accreditation

YOU’LL HAVE

  • Great interpersonal skills in order to communicate with various external stakeholders

  • A flexible approach to work including weekends and extended hours with the ability to travel within the UK

  • A strong ability to prioritise under pressure and manage workload

  • An organised style, a focus on multitasking and great attention to detail

  • Experience working in events/sporting industry

  • Knowledge and understanding of accreditation processes preferable but not essential
