Job Description
This role will work closely with the Donor Acquisition Manager to support the delivery of the donor acquisition strategy for Comic Relief including campaign development for Red Nose Day, Sports Relief and other year-round activities.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver agreed direct marketing, regular giving campaigns in consultation with the Donor Acquisition Manager across multi-channels including social media, email, telemarketing.
Plan and deliver campaigns, develop targeting and testing strategies to improve performance of the programme and increase learning.
Assist with gathering resources, preparing key briefs and reviewing concepts.
Build excellent working relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
Produce data selection briefs and liaise with the wider fundraising team over segmentation and the supporter journey.
Essential Competencies and Skills
Experience of delivering direct marketing campaign or projects for a high-profile brand
Experience of working within a matrix of channel experts and multi-disciplined stakeholders
Worked effectively with creative studios and media agencies
Experience of marketing planning and tracking
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Effective Communications, written and oral
Creative problem solving ability
Project management experience
