Hours: 35 hours a week

Contract type: Temporary – six weeks in July and August (22 July to 30 August)

Pay: £600 a week

We are looking for a summer intern to explore the environment around our London office and capture - through text, maps, images or other media - our local nature and where there is potential for the area to be greener. The intern should also consider the context - land ownership, decision-makers, policies - as they develop ideas for an improved, more nature-friendly urban landscape. The intern will create a portfolio of work and give a presentation at the end of their internship.

Lund Trust is a grant-making fund. We fund work in the UK that greens people's lives. You can find out more about our work on our website (www.lundtrust.org.uk).

We are looking for a summer intern with:

  • Excellent research, writing and presentation skills.

  • A creative approach to capturing and presenting information.

  • The ability to take direction, but also to work independently, and

  • A demonstrable interest in urban design/conservation and nature/creative arts/philanthropy.

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 29 March. Interviews will take place in the week commencing 8 April.
