Job Description
The Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll be part of a small, agile tech team keeping our ICT environment running smoothly ⚙️. Reporting to the IT & Business Systems Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting our internal hardware, infrastructure, and software systems. From maintaining core tech services to jumping into projects, running routine cybersecurity checks 🔐, and driving continuous improvements—this is a great opportunity to deepen your skills across the IT stack in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You'll Be Doing
• Configure and support infrastructure, SaaS tools, domains, and desktop environments
• Perform documented cyber security checks
• Provide timely support for all IT-related issues
• Maintain the helpdesk ticket queue and report issues
• Deliver continuous improvements to ICT services
• Support compliance with IT risk and security policies
• Manage upgrades, patches, and user accounts
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes
• Liaise with third-party IT vendors
• Assist with internal/customer projects
• Keep IT asset register up to date
• Provide user training as needed
Tech Stack
• Windows (some Mac support), Azure AD, Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• AWS (primary cloud), with some Azure
• Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket), Azure DevOps
• VoIP, VPNs, local networking
• Security tools incl. firewalls and endpoint protection
