Job Description

the opportunity

 As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will report to the Commercial Director and be part of a team of 6. 

You will be involved in all aspects of Performance marketing, from Paid Search to Paid Social, Programmatic & Affiliate Marketing and work cross-departmental with our in-house and external teams. 

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with exposure to running Biddable campaigns with a strong commercial mindset and, ideally, a background in eCommerce. 

The role is structured to allow the ownership of specific areas and projects with support where it is needed. It's an exciting opportunity that will have plenty of stretches and opportunities to grow into a well rounded Digital Marketeer. 

here’s an overview of what you’ll do

  • Exposure to 3 main key areas: 

  • Paid Search - KPIs, Identify growth opportunities, support agency

  • Paid Social - Campaign planning, Insights & Reporting

  • Affiliate Marketing - Manage Promotions, Planning exposure

  • Create scalable processes around winning opportunities. 

  • Support the continual improvement of healthy Business processes.

  • Help successfully deliver essential roadmaps for Paid Search & Paid Social.  

  • Bring together social projects with creative, content and ecommerce teams to ensure key projects and tasks are effectively communicated and managed across the business

  • Support in the execution of promotion campaigns (e.g. Summer Sale, Boxing Day Sales, Black Friday)

  • Building and optimising our Biddable Channels for our key markets

  • Monitoring budget and identifying opportunities to scale performance

  • Owning and driving your channels effectively to hit ambitious KPI targets

  • Be the day to day contact for our Biddable agencies. 

  • Evaluate and build on insights to drive best in class Biddable performance

what skills you will need

  • A background in directly managing biddable/digital performance media

  •  Success examples in previous roles

  • Experience in other online channels is a bonus

  • Ability to be analytical and creative in troubleshooting

  • A good understanding of eCommerce is desired, and a strong commercial mindset. 

  • Comfortable using various analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker a bonus.
