Job Description

Please note this is a hybrid role based on the successful candidate working at least two days a week in our London office. Remote contracts would not be considered for this role.

Purpose of job:

The role will set up and manage paid media campaigns year-round. They will own the delivery of all our paid media activity, ensuring we’re testing, learning and evolving based on insight. They will be the day-to-day contact for any of our paid media agency partners during peak campaign moments, ensuring they get what they need and deliver on time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Run our digital always-on activity across social, display and paid search

  • Manage the overall paid media program calendar, reporting on performance

  • Set up and optimize our multichannel paid media campaigns outside Red Nose Day

  • Conduct QA on paid media campaigns, from custom conversions to UTM tracking setup

  • Define our multichannel paid media attribution framework in line with landscape changes

  • Develop a test and learn paid media roadmap to generate actionable insight

  • Brief, curate and oversee the production of engaging paid media content

  • Own the paid media approval process, ensuring produced content meets brand guidelines

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure data is passed into programs for ongoing stewardship

  • Brief, create and utilise datasets to create targeted retargeting and lookalike campaigns

  • Ensure monthly invoices from platforms are stewarded to the relevant teams

  • Support the overall digital fundraising team with any paid media consultancy needs

Person specification

Essential criteria

  • Previous experience running digital paid media fundraising campaigns on social

  • A strong understanding of optimisation, user experience, A/B and multivariate testing

  • Comfortable working effectively with creative studios and media agencies

  • A data-driven mindset: searching for stories in data then turning insight into action

  • Experience of Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and dashboard analysis

  • Effective time management, communication and collaboration skills
