The Marketing and Sales Coordinator supports the International Sales and Marketing team and the Home Trade Sales team in helping deliver revenue growth and excellent customer service by providing the essential in office administrative assistance to the team.

Key Accountabilities

• Sending out samples to customers from the International and Home trade Sales teams

• Developing and distributing the monthly newsletter

• Assist with developing sales support materials 

• Manage correspondence of inboxes

• Assisting the marketing team in planning conferences and events

• Assisting the marketing team with creating and launching marketing campaigns

• Planning and organising external distributor meetings

Experience

• Previous administrative experience

• Experience of working as part of a team (not necessarily professional context)

Core Competencies

• Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Good time management skills

• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work proactively

• Good communication skills
