Job Description
We are recruiting these exciting part-time, flexible roles to support the ECB Match Referee Panel (formerly Cricket Liaison Officer), appointed as the ECB representative monitoring and supporting Men’s and Women’s professional cricket, providing timely and essential feedback and support on a day-to-day basis.
The Match Referee role allows the ECB Cricket Operations Department to be able to respond further to events where necessary and provide the very best possible service and support to the game. The supplementary panel is in place to cover all Men’s and Women’s professional cricket, but primarily the Women’s Elite Domestic 50-over and 20-over competitions and Royal London Cup taking place between May through to September. The role is appointed as the ECB independent at matches, liaising as necessary with players, umpires, coaches, media, groundstaff and providing first-responder information, as well as providing key post-match reporting.
