Job Description
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Flexischools Customer Service Team in Sydney! This early career role is specifically designed for entry level candidates looking to kickstart their professional journey.
Based in our Surry Hills office, you’ll work alongside our Customer Operations Manager and benefit from comprehensive mentoring sessions, allowing you to learn from experienced professionals and gain invaluable insights into the customer service field.
Additionally, you'll have the chance to engage with various departments—including Product, IT, DevOps, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success as tailored to your interests, and future career aspirations.
No prior experience is needed; we provide all the training necessary to set you up for success. All you need is a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn. We value adaptability, teamwork, and creativity—qualities that fuel both innovation and collaboration. You will build skills and experience that will turn your job into a career!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver top-notch service by building positive relationships with every customer and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Engage with Customers: Handle inquiries via phone and email, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and clarity.
Achieve Customer Experience Goals: Respond quickly and accurately, providing clear solutions that make customers feel valued and supported.
Innovate for Improvement: Spot opportunities to enhance our customer service processes and share your insights to elevate the overall experience.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside Product and Sales teams to tackle customer needs and escalate issues, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
