  • As a member of the Oak Team, contribute to the success and culture of the organisation

  • Work in cross-functional and product-oriented squads with colleagues from across the organisation, as required

Next steps

All you need to do is start the process by clicking on the button on the top right.

You’ll answer some questions – a few quick admin ones and three discipline-related, including an example from your portfolio of a relevant past project. After the job closes, your answers will go through our sifting process: all answers will be anonymised, randomised and then reviewed by a panel of reviewers.

If you are shortlisted, we’ll invite you to an interview carried out remotely over Zoom. Also, we love giving feedback, so at the end of the application process we'll share how well you performed.

We are aiming to hold interviews in the week commencing the 26th of February and this is likely to take 45 minutes.

We are experiencing really good responses to our job adverts. This may lead us to closing the role early so if you are considering applying then please get your application in early to avoid missing out.

We are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, or race, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.
