We're looking for a school support officer to:

• deliver impactful marketing campaigns

• create engaging and inspiring content; and

• support our 80,000+ teacher-users to get the most out of Oak.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of School Support campaigns and communications for users 

• Develop valuable content to attract, onboard, support and retain teachers, schools and pupils 

• Write compelling copy to engage, support and retain our users

• Lead the organising of online and in-person events to support and onboard teachers and schools

• As a member of the Oak Team, contribute to the planning and culture of the organisation

• Work in cross-functional and product oriented squads with colleagues from across the organisation, as required

• Support all work across School Support and take on other general responsibilities as required

Knowledge, skills and experience

• 3+ years experience in a marketing or communications role

• Skilled in, and a passion for, creating impactful marketing content

• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
