Job Description
PURPOSE
Working as a key member of our Performance Analysis and Insights team the purpose of this role is to provide world leading performance data and insights to the England Men’s Pathway (including Lions, Young Lions and Leadership of disability analysis provision). This role is extremely exciting and challenging, varying from providing video and data capture support during milestone events (training and match-play) to data mining, visualising and feeding back (and forward) large data sets to unearth impactful performance and team selection insights, whilst working alongside some of the best coaches and players in the world.

YOU’LL BE DOING
Delivery of Performance Analysis and Insights:
Men’s young lions team domestically and on international tours/camps
Men’s Lions programme (in collaboration with senior team support analyst) to deliver preparation support and selection insights
Support the player ID process for all England Teams
Strategic Leadership and Management:
Analysis and insights to all disability teams
Delivery of Bunbury and Super-Fours festivals
Pathway performance dashboards and performance funnels
Internship analysts providing support to the pathway and disability workflows
YOU’LL HAVE
MSc/PhD in relevant field or equivalent experience
5-10 Years experience of delivery of Performance Analysis support to International, Franchise or county teams
Demonstrable experience and skills in data science tools (tableau, looker, power BI, etc) and cricket specific performance analysis systems (PCS pro, iHawke, Fulltrack AI, etc)
