Job Description
Please note this is a hybrid role based on the successful candidate working at least two days a week in our London office. Remote contracts would not be considered for this role.
Purpose of job:
The Finance Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for grant processes and payments, alongside supporting the wider finance team with tasks as needed.
Interviews are expected to take place on the 13th/14th of November.
Key responsibilities:
Monitoring and management of central inboxes
Management of timeline for key deliverables relating to grants
Support on reviewing Social Impact Committee papers and reflect decisions in the grants system.
Support assessments of new grantees and annual reviews for larger grantees
Set up new grantees on the finance system
Assist with work across the finance team as required
Support on providing year end audit samples
Person specification
Essential criteria
Bookkeeping experience
Excellent organisation skills
IT literacy – to be able to edit documents and spreadsheet, use email and outlook calendar effectively
Experience of using finance systems
Desirable criteria
Experience with grants management
Experience working as part of a busy finance team
