Job Description

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to assist and support the Contracts team in delivering a focused and quality service to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

  • To support the department by taking responsibility for the entering of contract information into the royalties’ database (PPM);

  • To input contract information onto the royalties’ system accurately and consistently;

  • To check royalties’ system information against the final signed contract before it is sent up to the royalties team for payment

  • Assist with queries/amendments due to incorrect data input.

Manage permission requests

  • To be fully responsible for the administration and management of the permissions process;

  • To manage all permissions-related correspondence with external applicants;

  • To ensure any necessary approvals are acquired and to be a point of contact for any internal concerns around permissions;

  • Flag up key issues and keep an eye on industry standard commercial terms to ensure the permissions business is as profitable as possible.

  • Undertake special projects and other duties as decided by the Contracts Manager

Skills Required

  • A good team player who is capable of working on their own initiative

  • Computer literate with a good eye for detail

  • A confident and effective communicator in written and verbal media

  • Proven organisational skills and able to effectively prioritise and manage workloads

  • Accustomed to working towards deadlines
