Personal Qualities

To be successful in this role, you will need to be strongly connected to our core purpose and mission.

You need to be excited about getting hands on in the delivery of impactful programmes, and, once in post, you can mobilise to do so quickly.

You are someone who does not get thrown by the inevitable challenges and highly changeable circumstances typical with working in this space.

You build and maintain warm, but professional relationships, with our corporate clients and students alike.

You take pride in being on top of all the detail and activity that is required to deliver effective programmes.

You understand that in order to create seamless experiences every detail has to be managed - but you also understand that perfect is the enemy of good enough.

You are able to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving small-team environment, with evolving infrastructure - and be able to identify and prioritise the highest impact activities in the short-term, whilst building the key processes and systems that will support great delivery in the long-term.

You think ahead and enjoy overcoming obstacles.

As an SME with big ambitions, our ways of working will evolve over the coming years, however, openness and collaboration will continue to be a cornerstone of how we work. We’re looking for someone who will thrive in that environment.

Hours/Location

This is a full-time role and there will be regular programme activity that you will need to lead. Programme events are typically delivered on weekdays (Tues-Thurs), at the end of the working day (approximately 5.30-7.30pm).

You will need to be available to facilitate these events on a roughly fortnightly basis. All dates will be known at least 2 months in advance.

We are currently working remotely. Due to Omicron, all events are being held online. We hope to go back to running in-person events which will be held at our partner company's offices in London, and you will need to be able to travel there when needed.
